• URIs in these artifacts use the namespace: https://kivanura.org/spec/bps/0.1/
• When referencing external specs, prefer versioned URIs (e.g., DPDS 1.0.0, DPROD RFC link).
• Breaking changes will bump the major version of BPS artifacts.
